Nothing to complain about at all.

With stunning ocean views from the center of town, we were thrilled to stay at this hotel directly on the beach. the room was clean and spacious, with a great bathroom and friendly service. Breakfast was tasty and the pools were well-maintained. We enjoyed the terrace area for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

The evening entertainment was quite noisy.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel - best aspects were the stunning beachfront location, friendly and professional staff, and lovely pools and dining areas. The grounds were well-kept and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the panoramic Pacific sunsets after a week in the Altiplano.

No major complaints - the only issue was some tiredness in the rooms which could use a complete refurbishment, but it did not detract from our overall stay.

Stayed at a hotel in Thanksgiving this year. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with an average view. the hotel was located near the beach and was surrounded by good restaurants & shops. the pool area was very nice and well, maintained, making it a great place to relax. the hotel had a wide variety of breakfast items available to choose from.

The hotel was quite old and outdated, with some areas in dire need of repair. the staff was largely unhelpful and disinterested, not very friendly or accommodating.

During my stay at Hotel Panamericana in Arica, I was amazed by the beautiful ocean view from my room. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was both mesmerizing and relaxing. The hotel's two swimming pools, including one with sea water, provided a refreshing and enjoyable experience. The on-site bar and restaurant were excellent, serving delicious food and offering friendly service. The hotel's recreational areas, such as beach volleyball and tennis courts, provided plenty of entertainment options. I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great beach location with beautiful views. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options including some regional specialties that we enjoyed trying. The staff was friendly.

Rooms were outdated and not well maintained. There were issues with hot water and the air conditioning was not working properly.
